 RAM KAPOOR: in his 20's  Belongs to a well-known family. Loves his friends and family  like anything!  Very good looking and too hot to resist! Any girl would fall for him...but he just love only one girl in his life his childhood friend priya sharma .....they both studied in same school same college ...he loved her allot but he never tried to propose her bcz she was his best friend  ...he thought may be he will loose her .....

 PRIYA SHARMA : in her 20's a fun loving girl ....a shy girl ......she belong to a middle class family ....her father got retire from his field ....she wants to ful fil his fathers wish to be a successful doc.....she joined sanjeevni as an intern ....she always share her feelings with ram her best friend  ....she too had soft corner for him .....but never took it serious ....

 Armaan Malik: in his 20's.He is a cool, flirty and handsome guy.He is fond of bykes and He loves to play basketball.he is a total player He is going to join Sanjeevani,as an intern ..His parents passed away 8 years ago in a car accident and since then he has been staying with his beloved Bi (will introduce her later)without whom his life wouldn't be what it was today!

 Riddhima Gupta: in her 20's ...She is a lovely bubbly girl who wants to become a successful doctor like her father.She wants to lead her life the way she wants and she wants to live her life fully,enjoy every bit of her life. she joins sanjeevni as intern 
 ABHAY SINGH: in his 20's Another handsome yet studious and serious guy who joins sanjeevni as intern . Along with being a doctor, he also takes care of his family ,. He is ambitious and determined. Also blunt and serious about his work.

 

SONIYA: in her 20's who lives in a world of fantasies and resides in Mumbai sonia is a very sweet and innocent girl and talks a bit too much but that's what makes her so friendly She had always wanted to become an actress but because of her parents who kept forcing her to take up medicine, she had to become a doctor and now she is in love with her profession!She is naughty, childlike, and is quite soft and emotional from the inside 

 Atul Joshi: in his 20's join sanjeevni as intern ....A quiet focused boy, and want to be a best doc ...he loves his plants allot .....and he look after them like a father and also named his plants .......
 Anjali gupta: in her 20's She is Riddhima's older sister and loves Riddhima loads and cannot imagine her life without her pretty sister!She is a little rude at times but very sweet at heart. Don't go by her looks! She looks like she has attitude but actually if you befriend her then you will realize that she doesn't have attitude at all!..She finished her MBBS.she is going to join Sanjeevani for her internship.. 

 Shashank Gupta: in his 40's his wife died in an accident .....A headstrong and experienced doctor of Sanjeevani. He holds the entire hospital under his control from doctors to patients. He has two daughters, Anjali and Riddhima whom he loves dearly and wishes best for them. he is a loveable person and father but when it comes to discipline.he become strict he is always a strict disciplinarian. So he manages his family by strict rules & regulations, manners and discipline,which he thinks good for his children to become a good person. 
 NIHARIKA: A Senior doctor in Sanjeevani and is the head for the interns since the very first day. She is very strict on the outside but from the inside she is extremely nice and caring. She thinks of her interns as her younger siblings or children. She falls in love with Dr. shashank gupta ...she never tried to tell her feeling to him .....

 SHINEY AHUJA: senoir doctor in sanjeevni .....a non serious doc and a bachelor too ....he just flirt with every girl/women ......a friendly guy ........
